ADHD Daily Menu
Tired of constantly trying out routines and to-do lists but always failing? Instead, see what’s on the menu for the day. My therapist framed routine as a menu and it changed my entire perception of how to structure my day while having ADHD. With a Menu, you can pick out what’s important, and get things done at your own pace without the pressure of sticking to a routine or adding to the 70 different to-do lists around your house.
Once downloaded and printed, you can laminate the worksheet or put it in a clear binder sleeve. then you can fill it out daily using a dry-erase marker! You can also carry over unfinished tasks from the day before by simply not erasing them.
I hope this helps with the dreadful decision paralysis and executive dysfunction that goes along with ADHD!
